Summary of learnings about user workflows, commonly requested things for which we have a fix, and review of automated associate user statistics

Bugs and feature requests Should be automated (Brendan to build!!)

Usability These aren't feature requests, rather, specific usability issues people are facing. e.g. if a lot of people are hitting tab and it is not doing something expected, chances are, we have got a default wrong.

For this, please include concrete examples of the user's behaviour, what they expected, and what actually happened.

Learnings Ask users: what other pain points are you facing in the terminal? This will be the basis for future products we build.

e.g. what workflows do you do every day? are there any tools you ahve to use but struggle with?
